Scallion pancake
Scallion pancake, clasping cake (also changed to hand clasping cake), is a traditional snack that is currently popular in Taiwan and Shandong. Because the cake skin is picked up by hand during the production process, making the cake skin look loose, it is called “scallion-grabbed cake” in Taiwan. Eggs or cheese can be added as fillings and seasonings.
